Exhibit Schedule

The ASCP Annual Meeting and Exhibition offers exclusive exhibit hours to its participants as follows:

Wednesday, November 16

4:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. (includes Kick-Off Reception)

Thursday, November 17

12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Friday, November 18

12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.

 

 

 

 

 

Installation and Dismantling of Exhibits

Tuesday, November 15

8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Wednesday, November 16

8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Dismantling and packing of exhibits will take place 2:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m., Friday, November 18.

 

Space Assignment Details

Booth fees include general exhibit hall cleaning, security guard service, and four complimentary exhibitor badges per 10'x10' booth. Space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Please allow five (5) business days for ASCP to process your contract and assign booth space. Once booth space has been assigned, exhibitors will receive a confirmation email and invoice from ASCP confirming booth number, payments received, and payments due. The confirmation also will include a link for exhibitors to select the appropriate product category and provide a description for the meeting website and program guide.

 

All exhibitors assigned booths by October 21, 2011, will be published in the Annual Meeting and Exhibition program guide by name and category. Exhibitors assigned booths after this deadline will be published in a program addendum. All exhibitors also will be listed on the interactive exhibit hall floor plan where attendees can view the layout and obtain additional information about the exhibiting companies.
