Cancellations and Refunds
- All refund requests must be made in writing and postmarked no later than November 7, 2011.
- A $25 cancellation fee per registrant is charged for cancellations made by September 19, 2011.
- A $100 cancellation fee per registrant is charged for cancellations between September 20 and November 7, 2011.
- No cancellations will be refunded after November 7, 2011.
