Distributed to all professional attendees, these popular tote bags carry essential conference materials.
Conference Notebook Multiple sponsors at $7,500 Imagine your company’s logo or advertisement on the official meeting notebook. Each attendee will be provided with a notebook to take notes during sessions, jot down appointments, or write down colleagues' ideas when networking.
Aisle Signs Prices vary Have immediate visibility inside the exhibit hall with a graphic banner and your logo.
Water Bottles $5,000 - $7,500 Light refreshment breaks will be provided in the exhibit hall all three days. The attendees will appreciate the water bottles (customized with your message) provided by your organization. Stations can be located near your booth to draw traffic. This is a great opportunity to support ASCP’s “green” initiative.
Lighted Kiosks $1,500 - $6,000 (depending on size of area for your logo or graphic) Unmask your creativity and reach our attendees before they arrive at your booth! Lighted kiosks can be placed in key areas of the meeting.
Product Theaters $18,000 Take advantage of Product Theaters to reach your customers directly in a theater setting. We invite you to have experts share new findings on key products, provide product details and conduct demonstrations, or highlight new products, equipment, and services to an audience of 120 attendees.
Conference E-Mail Blasts Prices provided at time of order ASCP has a limited number of opportunities to reach Annual Meeting attendees through a direct email. ASCP will send your product information or promotion message to attendees.
Conference Mailing Lists Prices vary Target the attendees you need — pre-show, post-show, or our full list of members.
Information Drops $5,000 each Your pamphlet, flyer, or other piece of information can be distributed to all attendees in the official tote bag. Sponsors must supply their own copies; ASCP coordinates stuffing and distribution.
Ads in the Conference Program Guide Prices vary There are a variety of opportunities to advertise in the conference program guide, which is distributed to all attendees.
Support professional development and understanding of key practice issues confronting attendees…Educational Sessions $2,500 - $10,000 ASCP develops and implements the continuing education programming offered throughout the conference. Support is sought to help underwrite the costs of speakers and presentation of the sessions. Reach professionals on a level that they will remember and appreciate.
Satellite Symposia $23,500 Do you have a continuing education program that you want to provide to conference attendees? ASCP seeks programs from companies to be held as Satellite Symposia.
CCGP Annual Meeting $3,500 - $7,500 The Commission for Certification in Geriatric Pharmacy (CCGP) holds its Annual Meeting in conjunction with the ASCP Annual Meeting. Reach the high level specialist clinicians in this interactive and intimate event. Sponsors are sought to help provide overall support for the event.
Networking and social events build customer relationships…Kick-off Reception $20,000 - $30,000 Networking is a critical component of every conference. ASCP’s meetings offer a variety of events designed to build stronger relationships between colleagues and provide the opportunity for information sharing. Sponsors are acknowledged in our general sessions and throughout conference literature. Signage is also placed in the meal area.
